Outbound research · done by agents

We research your prospects. You close them.

Paste your prospect list and your pitch. Our agents visit every prospect's website and produce a dossier for each one — what they do, why now, the angle, and a ready-to-send cold email that ties their specifics back to your pitch. In bulk. Overnight. Without you opening forty browser tabs.

Drop in your prospects — CSV, one URL per line, or “Name — URL” — and tell the agents what you sell. Two minutes, tops.

For each prospect the pipeline runs: Fetch the website (with a reader fallback), Read the readable text, Analyze it against your pitch, Write the dossier.

Dossier № 0148Ready

Meridian Logistics

Regional 3PL operating across four states, mid-migration from legacy TMS to a cloud stack — website lists open integrations and a new route-optimization product launched this quarter.

New product launch Hiring ops engineers Cloud TMS migration

Angle Their new routing product means new logos to chase — exactly when outbound personalization pays off.

Opener “Saw Meridian’s new route-optimization launch — that’s a lot of new shippers to win before competitors notice.”

Dossier № 0149Ready

Fig & Fern Studio

Boutique brand-design studio for hospitality clients; portfolio shows three hotel rebrand case studies this year and a careers page that’s been quietly growing.

3 hotel rebrands live Hiring designers Hospitality niche focus

Angle A busy studio pitching new clients is a studio that needs its own outreach to look as sharp as its portfolio.

Opener “Three hotel rebrands in one year is a flex — and a sign your new-business pipeline is about to get very busy.”

Field manualNote

What you get per prospect

Every dossier follows the same schema, so your team can scan a hundred of them in minutes:

Summary — what the company does and who it serves.

Triggers — concrete signals found on their site (expansion, hiring, launches).

Pain guess + angle — the “why now, why them” hook.

Opener + full email — subject line included, tied to your pitch.

Fig. 06 — FAQ
Where does the research come from?

Only public websites. Each agent fetches the prospect's site directly, falls back to a reader service if the site blocks bots, and writes strictly from what it found — triggers are only included when they're grounded in the page content. We don't scrape private data, LinkedIn, or anything behind a login.

How long does a pack take?

Free samples usually land in minutes. A Scout Pack (50) is typically done within a few hours, a Pipeline Pack (150) in ~24 hours, and a Territory Pack (400) in ~48 hours — the pipeline processes a steady batch every minute and your tracking page updates live.

What if a prospect's website is unreachable?

The agent tries a direct fetch and a reader fallback. If both fail, it still produces a best-effort dossier from the domain and company name alone, and flags the item with a "thin" source marker so you know to sanity-check that one. Failed items never block the rest of your pack.

Do you send the emails for me?

No — and that's deliberate. We hand you the ammunition (angles, openers, full emails with subject lines); you fire it from your own mailbox so deliverability, domain reputation, and the conversation all stay yours.

What makes this different from pasting my list into a chatbot?

The agents actually visit each website — hundreds of them — and the emails reference what they found there, not generic templates. A chatbot can draft one good email from a page you paste in; it won't fetch, read, and analyze 150 sites overnight and hand you a CSV.

What's the refund stance?

If your order never entered production, contact the desk with your order ID. Once the agents have researched your prospects, the work is delivered — so use the free sample to judge quality before buying a pack.
