Are the articles really written entirely by AI?
Yes. A drafting agent writes each article from your brief; an editor agent refines structure, adds meta titles, descriptions, and FAQ sections. No human reads or touches your article before delivery — that’s the entire point of the price.
How do I receive my articles?
Right after payment you’re redirected to a private tracking page unique to your order. It shows live status — received, in production, delivered — and renders each finished article as clean, formatted markdown you can copy straight into your CMS.
How fast is delivery?
A single article usually lands within an hour — often minutes. A Content Sprint (5 articles) is typically complete within 24 hours, and an Editorial Engine (10 articles) within 48 hours, as the pipeline works through your queue.
What if I don’t like an article?
Re-run the order — the agents don’t get offended. Because there are no writers to schedule, a fresh pass costs you nothing but a few minutes of queue time. Put sharper keywords or a clearer audience in your brief for the best second draft.
Is PayPal safe here? What is “sandbox”?
Payments run through PayPal’s hosted buttons — we never see or store your card details. While we’re in launch mode the checkout uses PayPal’s sandbox (test) environment; live payments switch on at go-live without changing anything on your side.
Do you offer refunds?
If your order never enters production, yes — contact the inbox in the footer with your order ID. Once the agents have written your articles, the work is done and delivered, so we ask you to review your brief carefully before paying.
